Ok... I'm leaving for Tunisia in 1 week (actually, for D.C. then Frankfurt, then Tunis). So much to do!
I going to Dallas tomorrow to pack, etc. Should be tons of fun (not...).
It's also been 10 months since I last posted. So... for those of you who don't know, I'm going to Tunisia to study Arabic through the Critical Language Scholarship from the U.S. Dept of State and the Center for American and Overseas Research Centers (CAORC) (what a mouthful!)
No, I don't speak any Arabic - though hopefully I will by the end of the summer. Luckily, I do speak French and since Tunisia is a former French colony, this should come in useful.

hey, you will see that African French is not even close to continental French, haha! Maybe your English will come in handy better than your French, mais de tout façon, tu n'auras pas de problème!
Definitely your Spanish is not going to help you haha!
